Known IssuesPatch for Packard Bell Diamond scanners and SiS chipsetsThere is an update available on Packard Bell's website to solve instability issues between all Diamond scanners (1200, 1200+, 2400 and 2450) and SiS chipset based motherboards. Symptoms are freezing of the PC or the scanner not being detected. To resolve the issue, download and install SiS65x AGP filter & USB patch (REFFIUP04900200); choose the recommended "typical" installation. The file contains the USB patch to improve detection and operation of USB devices under Windows XP.
