* While the case does have a modem port, it should be blocked off as the laptop doesn't have a 56k modem built-in.


Drivers

You can download the drivers from the Advent Computers website. That site also includes a BIOS update which claims to fix the webcam "no function" error.

The card reader drivers are also available on the the Knowhow website.

Replacement recovery discs can be ordered from the Advent Recovery Media site.


Function Keys

Fn+F1 - Places the computer into sleep mode
Fn+F2 - Changes the (I-Powerxross) power settings
Fn+F3 - Switches display modes: LCD only, External monitor only, LCD+External Monitor
Fn+F4 - Turns Wireless LAN on/off
Fn+F5 - Switches OSD (on screen display) on/off
Fn+F6 - Turns the Touchpad on/off
Fn+F7 - Turns the Webcam on/off
Fn+F8 - Mute Sound
Fn+F9 - Reduces speaker volume
Fn+F10 - Increases speaker volume
Fn+F11 - Reduces the screen brightness
Fn+F12 - Increases the screen brightness
Fn+Esc - Toggles Bluetooth & 3G on/off (optional)

All official service and support is handled by Knowhow (basically "The Tech Guys" under a new name), their website is http://www.knowhow.com/. If you laptop is covered under warranty then you need to contact them for repairs.
