Recently Dixons have decided to rename their support service from "The Tech Guys" to "Knowhow". As part of this rebranding they have shut the Tech Guys website and replaced it with a new site, unfortunately this new site is missing all the useful product guides and downloads that the old site had. As a result of this none of the links to The Tech Guys site work anymore and they are gradually being removed.

* Packard Bell have recently redesigned their website, they seem to have used this as an excuse to remove most of the old support information including all the drivers and patch discs.
