Known Issues
Indicates "00 EX READY", Will not go online
The Printer is set to VIDEO mode is should be CaPSL. Try this,
- Press ONLINE to turn it off
- press MENU and HOLD it til MODE = is indicated
- Press > until MODE= CAPSL is indicated
- Press Enter
Printer Software
You can download the Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 drivers from Canon's South and Southeast Asia website. For later versions of Windows the drivers should be built into the operating system.

To enter to Menu 1: Press ONLINE ( to set printer OFFLINE) 2: Press MENU.

| Menu | Enters the Menu mode from [00 READY] off line status |
| > | Scrolls the printing menu. Increments the numeric values. |
| < | Scrolls the printing menu. Decrements the numeric values. |
| ^ | Returns the current menu level to the previous menu level. Returns the printer to [00 READY] offline status from the group menu. |
| V Enter | Makes the selection. Advances to the next menu level. Saves the setting values in the printers memory. |
| Online | Exits the Menu mode and returns the printer to [00 READY] online status |
